Hawaii High Surf Solutions has the honor of providing Advanced MRV (Marine Reconnaissance Vehicle) open water rescue programs to some of the world‘s most elite operators. 

Along with training packages we provide maritime consulting for mission development, risk assessment, equipment research & development, watercraft support, and custom courses at the discretion of the client need.
